David E. Kramar

Project Supervisor


As a Project Supervisor at the Conservation Management Institute, David has worked primarily on understanding the wintering ecology of the eastern golden eagle population in Virginia. As a member of the Eastern Golden Eagle Working Group he is actively engaged in research with colleagues spanning Quebec to North Carolina. David has also studied the bald eagle population in Virginia and is currently modeling the relationships between environmental conditions and mercury concentrations in Virginia's bald eagles.
